By joining our club, you are agreeing to a minimum of three (3) allocations, authorizing Montemar Wines to charge your credit or debit card on or around the shipping date for each club allocation and agreeing to the membership terms below:   Cancellations prior to receiving the required 3 allocation minimum, you will be responsible for reimbursing Montemar for any incentives received in conjunction with membership (including wine and shipping discounts).   Membership will continue unless cancelled by you. 
Recipient of wine must be 21 years old and will be required to sign for the shipment. It is your responsibility to notify Montemar of any change in address before the wine is shipped. Wine purchases are non-refundable. Shipments that are refused or returned are subject to a reshipping fee.
* Shipping Discounts:   Applies to allocations only (not gifts); is in lieu of Free Pick-Up-Party tickets (either / or not both);  excludes states where a broker must be used (Delaware, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Utah - also excludes  Hawaii and Alaska).
