​By joining our club, you are agreeing to a minimum of three (3) allocations, authorizing Montemar Wines to charge your credit or debit card on or around the shipping date for each club allocation and agreeing to the membership terms below:
Recipient of wine must be 21 years old, live in a state where shipment is permitted by law (excl Hawaii and Alaska) and will be required to sign for the shipment. Membership will continue unless cancelled by you. Cancellations prior to receiving the required 3 allocation minimum, you will be responsible for reimbursing Montemar for any incentives received in conjunction with membership (including wine and shipping discounts). It is your responsibility to notify Montemar of any change in address before the wine is shipped. Wine purchases are non-refundable. Shipments that are refused or returned are subject to a reshipping fee.
